Shipping Information

RETAIL CUSTOMERS
FREE SHIPPING within Australia is provided to the retail customer for online orders*. Free shipping does not apply to returns or exchanges however.

* In some cases such as when a delivery address is so remote that freight charges are deemed unreasonable to be fully covered by Stitch'd, we will do all we can to seek the cheapest available option and notify the customer if part of the charge will be passed on. Alternatively we may be able to deliver the item free of charge to a pick-up location within a mail centre that is accessible by the customer.


PHYSICAL SHOP OR STALL
At times we may sell our products at a reduced price directly to customers from a shop or market stall. If a customer requests an item that we do not have in stock at the location but that we have in our warehouse, then they may still purchase the item at the reduced price but will need to pay the shipping charge to have the item sent to them. Alternatively, free shipping will apply if they pay the online price that is current at the time.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
In some cases wholesale customers may be given free shipping also at the discretion of Stitch'd. If not Stitch'd will provide a quotation prior to order being finalised and paid for.
Free shipping does not apply to returns or exchanges however.
